Well 1st the ingredients!
- Sushi Rice
- Sushi Seasoner
- Nori Sheets
and the rest of the ingredients are pretty much up to you, I used:
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 2 bars of Surimi (you can use anything really)
- 1 Mango
- Creamchesse
So I clean the rice... put it under the water until the water comes out clear (with something like this
then put it on the pot and add water (1cup of rice with 1 of water) some boxes say different measures but this has worked for me just fine, turn on the stove with small flame and leave it there for about 10-12 minutes
It has to be kid of sticky looking so if it's not or it's undercooked then add a little more water :)
mean while work with your ingredients
I chop everything before (except for the cream chesse) so it's faster to work with them

the surimi

carrot and avocado

the cream chesse and cucumber
my tip:
I always have a glass with water so I can put the knifes and stuff and I can deal with the sticky easier)
(sorry about the looks, but when I cut the creamchesse and the sushis the water starts to turn that color)
when the rice is done you add 2 teaspoons for cup of the sushi seasoner and 1 teaspoon of sugar and then incorpore and let the rice cool down IT MUST BE COLD SO YOU CAN USE IT

so take your sushi roller (I got it for like a dollar and a half at wallmart) and I always put a plastic bag so the rice doesn't sticks directly on it

add your nori :)

add some rice in the middle and start expanding it

I use this (my baking tool enters here because it's flexible)

but you can always use a spoon
so spread the rice until everything is covered...

then add the ingedients, any way you want really it's up to you the quantity and the order... have fun

use your sushi tool with both of your hands... giving a round shape

as many times as you want to... it depends on the quantity of stuff in there

Put it on the cutting board and cut slices with a very sharp knive.... you'll need to wet the knife so it won't stick

ta-da! ready to serve :)
to make the soy
you can slice a tree peper and add some soy
on a little recipient, then add some lime, until it tastes how you want it to taste and put the pepper on it (if you want it a little spicy) and you are done :)
I HOPE YOU FOUND THIS HELPFUL, PLEASE IF YOU MAKE THIS AND TAKE PICS SHOW ME i'D LOVE TO SEE YOUR CREATIONS
